Pikachu is Ash’s pokemon and as everyone knows is an amazing creature however, there are many people who want to know about the physical prowess of the creature against other Pokemon.

Is Pikachu stronger than Charizard?
We all know that Pikachu and Charizard came face-to-face when Ash and Leon had a friendly match. While Pikachu is a strong pokemon, he is no match against Leon’s Charizard who is a dynamic fighter and quite fearsome with his dragon-like appearance and majestic wings.
At the time of the fight, Leon was already established as a World Champion and Charizard had a long win streak to his name. Although Pikachu was able to land a few hits, he was not able to defeat Charizard which clearly establishes that Charizard is a stronger Pokemon than Pikachu. Charizard has experience in fighting which Pikachu is not too familiar with and this is why he was not able to defeat Charizard.
Being a Flying Pokemon gives Charizard a huge advantage over Pikachu and his overall stats and powers make him a better fighter than Pikachu. The Mega Evolution of Charizard establishes him as an even fearsome fighter which makes it very difficult for Pikachu to kill or defeat him in a fight.
